NPG Project Management & Consultancy Pty Ltd (NPG) is an Australian boutique property and construction practice, specialising in project management, building consultancy and sustainability. NPG has diverse experience across all industry sectors, including social and affordable housing, seniors living, education, healthcare, commercial, retail, hospitality, industrial, education and biotech.

PROJECT
MANAGEMENT

We tailor our project management approach to meet the needs of each client, managing the entire process from beginning to end, from inception to handover, including budget and program to deliver a successful project. We initiate, plan, manage and deliver specific projects to achieve our clients’ goals being on program and on budget. We create a collaborative environment and coordinate people which strengthens the process to achieve the desired outcomes aligned to the project objectives. A key part of our role is to identify and mitigate risks which may impact the successful delivery of projects. Whilst there is the software to support this process, it is our day to day “hands on” approach that is a key tool which underpins our successful project delivery.

SUSTAINABILITY

NPG is committed to helping businesses achieve project-based sustainability by balancing the environment, social, and economic aspects of projects to meet current stakeholder needs without overburdening or compromising future generations. It is important to use a sustainable life cycle mentality, from a project’s beginning to its end and beyond.

We lead the project team, engage stakeholders and progress the project while still safeguarding society, the environment and human rights

BUILDING CONSULTANCY

Our knowledge and expertise in a range of technical building matters which include construction, refurbishment, and fitout can assist clients on issues relating to a property or building project.

Our services range from identifying transaction risks, make good advice, project advice from pre-construction planning and assessment, to providing ongoing management and maintenance advice. We also provide technical advice, compliance requirements and executing safety inspections and audits.
